This Guest Suite has its own private entrance (no interior shared spaces), and its very own fenced private back yard! The back yard to the main house is for main house only as well. Making for a private experience! Ring video doorbell (no other cameras anywhere on cottage) There are no holds on the security deposit and it will remain in your account, damage is only charged if we find damage after the stay. This property is very central, and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to many attractions! •White Sand Beach’s of Perdido Key are just MINUTES away! (Approx 3 miles or 5-7 minutes depending on traffic) •Approx 12 miles from downtown •10 Miles / 15 Minutes (traffic depending) from NAS (Naval Air Station) & the Naval Air Museum •20 Miles from Pensacola Airport •Just over 8 miles or approx 15 Minutes to the world famous Florabama Bar Restaurant (Which also serves as the Alabama / Florida Border) 🐕🐕🐕 FULLY Fenced Yard 🔒 🐾 Pet Rules & Fees • Pet fee applies (please add pets to your reservation) • Unregistered pets will be charged $125 per pet • Pets must be crated indoors when left alone • Do not leave pets outside unattended • Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage (not covered by the pet fee) please clean up after your pet. **We will consider hosting cats, as long as they are fully litter trained and declawed.** Additional House Rules & Policies: • 🐾Pet Policy🐾: Max 2 dogs (no other pets). $40 Per Pet for the entire stay. Unreported pets will incur a $100 fine. •Guest Policy: This home sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Daytime visitors are welcome (up to 4 people total), but all non-overnight guests must leave by 10 PM. A $100 fine per person applies for unregistered overnight guests, and failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund. All guests must be registered in advance. • Security: A Ring video doorbell is located at the entrance. It is motion-activated and records audio & video. Long-term stays are warmly welcomed! You will have your own parking spaces on the second / side driveway (by the garage) which is closest to the entrance of your private guest unit! There are no shared interior spaces in your suite, making it completely private. The back yards are also not shared, you will have your very own private fenced back yard for your studio guest suite and the main house will have theirs. Both overlooking the beautiful golf course! The hot tub is only for the main house, and will be off limits for guests of this guest suite.
