Me and my partner and two dogs had a blast! The place was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean when we arrived! Idk how they clean up all the sand!! The home had everything we needed! Kitchen is stocked with a toaster, a blender, stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, and all the utensils! There is a washer and dryer with detergent. Your shower has shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Roku TVs. Comfy bed. They also had a large dog crate, extra poop bags, and covered furniture for the pets! The only negative thing, which is nothing against the hosts, is being so far from the dog beach. It was 45 minutes away and the doggies can’t go to any beach besides the 2 designated for dogs. Also, if you are a seashell collector, go to the dog beach, we specifically went to west dog beach. The other beaches have NONE. Definitely recommend this place!!!🏝️

The host was amazing and responded in a very timely manner. The property was beautiful and felt like a getaway, while also feeling nice and beachy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Adorable little spot! Perfect location! Everything was just perfect. “Surfs Up” was well thought through for perfect placement and amenities. I was concerned about the bed being comfortable but let me tell you I slept like a dream! So comfortable and relaxing ❤️! We will definitely be back and share location with other friends and family. The host is on top of it and responsive. One word Adorable!🥰

This place easily exceeded my expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s absolutely beautiful! The hosts were very responsive before, during, and after our stay. Everything was super clean and the kitchen had more than enough appliances for all our cooking needs. I highly recommend this AirBnB.

This stay was great for me my husband and my two small dogs! Finding a place that accommodate my dogs is very important to me. If my dogs can’t come neither can I and this place was a dream. The fenced in backyard was nice and also there was a crate on site I had brought mine anyway, but it was quite nice to see that they had really thought out everything that may be needed. Very clean and peaceful place, I will be returning next year.

I loved every thing about this Airbnb. My favorite part was the Serta Bed and the outhouse in the back. We felt right at home and we were so close to everything. Planning my next trip and it will be here

We came to the area for a soccer tournament. The house was close to the fields and they were super accommodating. Very easy to communicate with and overall very kind.

The place was perfect for my girlfriend and I. We love the beach and the theme matched it very well. The ac worked great it was nice and cool the whole time! We loved it and had a great time!

This was, by far, the easiest, most comfortable, cleanest, most peaceful stay we’ve ever had at an AirBnB. Pelicans Nest is centrally located in the Pensacola/Destin/Navarre/Eglin AFB/Pensacola NAS area. We had one extremely small issue with the tub drain, we reached out and it was taken care of within 30 minutes! We will definitely book this again, and/or some of their other properties.

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was really clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for our family to spread out when they wanted to but also gather in the main living space. We really enjoyed the garage game/rec area, played cards and did puzzles at the large kitchen table, and spent lots of time on the screened in porch. We golfed, played tennis, and loved the pool. The shuttle to the beach during the day is nice, and when we wanted to go to the beach after the shuttle stopped running for the night, we drove and parked in the public lot, which is right next to the beach club. The area is not too busy, but everything you need is close by. We were able to watch the blue angels practice twice during the week and they flew right over Lost Key one night on their way home from a show, which was really neat! Overall, this is a really nice area, nice resort, and great unit to choose! I’d highly recommend!
