There is a a small cottage off to the side of the property with their own small driveway and private back yard, make sure to use the large driveway designated to the main house. Tiny house cottage is also for rent : https://www.airbnb.com/h/minicottage or find it in my Airbnb profile! Ring video doorbell (no other cameras anywhere on cottage) There are no holds on the security deposit and it will remain in your account, damage is only charged if we find damage after the stay. White Sand Beach in Miles: Travel time varies depending on time of year and day, as traffic greatly effects travel time in tourist destinations. This Cottage is centrally located to everything, escape the craziness after a long day at the beach and unwind in this beautiful Porthole cottage with the family after a long day or activities! Perdido Beach is a quiet, private, bay side town that offers all things necessary for a peaceful relaxing getaway. Centrally located to many nearby beaches and towns. For your convenience we have created a guidebook with a lot of local places/restaurants/activities which can be found on our listing profile and in the house once you arrive. Avoid the beach traffic, and come back to this peaceful, fun cottage after a long day at the beach, or just launch your boat and ride right into the bay!

Soldier creek is a couple minutes walk east (1 street over) with a short drive to multiple local beaches (exact address is in 3rd photo), shopping centers/restaurants, and an amusement park. Yupon St. water access/boat launch is a public boat launch just over a mile a way. However, long term tenants/snow birds will have full access to a deeded private boat launch one street over.
