Fresh linens provided, towels for each guest, a couchside table for work/eating, kitchen appliances/utensils to serve and prepare meals for both children and adults, we also provide toiletries. Charcoal grill on property (bring your own charcoal) Bring your own firewood for the fire pit, twigs and branches are typically easy to gather near by. Fans in the bedrooms, Picnic table available near the back deck, by the fire pit offering water views! Blazing fast WiFi available, as well as 2 Smart TVs. Ring video doorbell (no other cameras anywhere on property) There are no holds on the security deposit and it will remain in your account, damage is only charged if we find damage after the stay. Less then 20 minutes to Foley and 15 minutes to Pensacola! White Sand Beach in Miles: Travel time varies depending on time of year and day, as traffic greatly effects travel time in tourist destinations. (18mi perdido key)(20mi Gulf Shores) (11mi to OWA & Tanger) 🐕 FULLY Fenced Yard 🐕 Pet Fee (per dog, 2 max) - $15/Night Per Dog $11/Night Per Dog (7 Nights or more) $6/Night Per Dog (30 Nights or more) (Pet fee requests are sent separately after booking due to varying stay lengths). So be sure to let us know how many pets you’re bringing in your booking message. Unregistered pets on the property will be charged $25/Night Each 2 Car Maximum for this property. Guests over 2 are charged $15/Night as well!

Perdido Beach is a quiet, private, bay side town that offers all things necessary for a peaceful relaxing getaway. Centrally located to many nearby beaches and towns. Avoid the beach traffic, and come back to this peaceful, fun cottage after a long day at the beach, or just launch your boat and ride right into the bay! BRAND NEW (late 2023) beautiful Public dock and boat launch 1 street over from the home within walking distance!

Location
Soldier creek is a couple minutes walk east (1 street over) with a short drive to multiple local beaches (exact address is in photos), shopping centers/restaurants, and an amusement park. Yupon St. water access/boat launch is a public boat launch just over a mile a way. However, long term tenants/snow birds will have full access to a deeded private boat launch one street over.
