Laundry Access for longterm guests only (3 Weeks+) Sleeping arrangements include comfortable queen size bed and a Sleeper sofa in the livingroom! Fresh linens provided, towels for each guest, a couchside table for work/eating, kitchen appliances/utensils to serve and prepare meals for both children and adults, we also provide toiletries. Charcoal grill on property (bring your own charcoal) Bring your own firewood for the fire pit, twigs and branches are typically easy to gather near by. Fans in the bedrooms, Picnic table available near the back deck, by the fire pit offering water views! Blazing fast WiFi available, as well as 2 Smart TVs. Bring your Kayak/Paddle board/swim trunks/dog, as Soldier creek typically offers nice calm waters for activities! **NEW UPDATES** 9/12/22 - Powerful, yet quiet MINI SPLIT Heat and AC unit added for maximum comfort. 9/12/22 - New sliding barn door on the bathroom! 11/15/22 - Granite Countertops in Kitchen Replaced Bunk bed with Queen Bed 🐾 Pet-Friendly with a fee (see rules below)

Ring video doorbell (no other cameras anywhere on property) There are no holds on the security deposit and it will remain in your account, damage is only charged if we find damage after the stay. Less then 20 minutes to Foley and 15 minutes to Pensacola! White Sand Beach in Miles: Travel time varies depending on time of year and day, as traffic greatly effects travel time in tourist destinations. (18mi perdido key)(20mi Gulf Shores) (11mi to OWA & Tanger) 🐕 FULLY Fenced Yard 🐕 Be sure to let us know how many pets you’re bringing in your booking message. 🔒 🐾 Pet Rules & Fees • Pet fee applies (please add pets to your reservation) • Unregistered pets will be charged $125 per pet • Pets must be crated indoors when left alone • Do not leave pets outside unattended • Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage (not covered by the pet fee) please clean up after your pet. Additional House Rules & Policies: • 🐾Pet Policy🐾: Max 2 dogs (no other pets). $40 Per pet for entire stay. •Guest Policy: This home sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Daytime visitors are welcome (up to 4 people total), but all non-overnight guests must leave by 10 PM. A $100 fine per person applies for unregistered overnight guests, and failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund. All guests must be registered in advance. • Security: A Ring video doorbell is located at the entrance of the porch, facing the parking. It is motion-activated and records audio & video. 2 Car Maximum for this property. Guests over 2 are charged $15/Night as well!

Avoid the beach traffic, and come back to this peaceful, fun cottage after a long day at the beach, or just launch your boat and ride right into the bay! BRAND NEW (late 2023) beautiful Public dock and boat launch 1 street over from the home within walking distance!

Soldier creek is a couple minutes walk east (1 street over) with a short drive to multiple local beaches (exact address is in photos), shopping centers/restaurants, and an amusement park. Yupon St. water access/boat launch is a public boat launch just over a mile a way. However, long term tenants/snow birds will have full access to a deeded private boat launch one street over.
