When you arrive, you’ll have a labeled, covered parking spot that is right by the stairs that take you right up to your door. The kitchen is set up with pots/pans, cups, plates, utensils and a full size fridge. The bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with fresh linens and towels. Las Palmas offers a great location and many amenities. This includes two community pools, barbecue grills and a picnic area. Just a short stroll takes you to the sugar-white sands and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexicos public beach access. Spend your days on the beach or relax by the community pool. Enjoy an afternoon barbecue with the family and unwind on the balcony. You can spend your days on the water parasailing, deep-sea fishing, riding jet skis or enjoying a dolphin cruise. There are also plenty of boutiques and shopping centers to indulge in a little retail therapy, as well as fabulous local restaurants to try some fresh Gulf seafood. Only 2.4 miles from Gulf State Park Fishing Pier. The air-conditioned vacation home is composed of 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and 2 bathrooms. Towels and bed linen are available in the vacation home. Paid parking directly under unit - $25 per car for entire stay!

Location
Your covered parking spot is located on the side of the condo located on W. Lagoon Ave, directly facing The Cove. It is labeled "108" (pictures in check-in information) Your parking spot is right by the staircase that will lead you right to your room that is located on the first floor. Also located on the first floor, is the paid laundry area, so if you need to wash anything during your beach trip, it is only a few steps away! The condo is also only one floor above the two beautiful, well-maintained pools and the grilling area. The dumpster is located on the west end of the property, on the side of the parking lot next to W. Lagoon Ave.
